To participate in the BIAF 2025 Digital Treasure Hunt, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Participants in the BIAF 2025 Digital Treasure Hunt agree to:

• Follow all game rules and guidelines
• Respect cultural sites and venues
• Not share QR codes or game content with non-participants
• Not attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the system
• Behave respectfully towards other participants and festival staff

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• Collection of location data when scanning QR codes
• Storage of your game progress and achievements
• Use of your data to improve the service
• Communication regarding the festival and your participation

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Buzău International Arts Festival and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BIAF 2025 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Participants engage in the treasure hunt at their own risk and are responsible for their safety while visiting cultural sites.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
